We have pushed ahead with the implementation of the legal requirements with all our might and ask you to comply with the following hygiene measures.

• Team members who come into contact with guests and food have been trained to be infection protection assistants in advance and wear mouth and nose protection during their work.
• Door handles and handles, handrails and elevator buttons as well as card devices are disinfected regularly and daily.
• Instructions for maintaining the safety distance are installed.

• Used dishes, cutlery and glasses are cleaned in industrial dishwashers at high temperatures after each use.
• All tables and chairs are disinfected after use.
• Dispensers with hand disinfectant are available at reception and at all entrances.

• The hotel rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each visit, and surfaces are disinfected.
• Objects that are potentially contaminated have been removed.
• We have always well ventilated all rooms and rooms for you.

If possible, travel in your own car. We have underground garages and outdoor parking spaces.

Enter the building only with your mouth and nose protection on and first register at the hotel reception. Please use the disinfectant dispensers provided and keep a minimum distance of 1.50 m from other guests and employees.

In order to be able to trace possible chains of infection, we are legally obliged to collect your personal data, which may be transmitted to the health department.

After check-in at the reception, please go to your hotel room with your mouth and nose protection and your luggage on, please only use the elevators with the people with whom you have traveled and ensure that there is a sufficient minimum distance in the hotel corridors other guests.

We have thoroughly disinfected your room. We have installed an additional disinfectant dispenser for your hands in the bathroom.

At the request of our guests, we have introduced two-day room service. If you would like the daily quick service, please give us information at reception.

All other hotel information can be found in the digital guest directory, simply scan the QR code with the camera of your smartphone.

You can currently have breakfast with us during the week from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and on weekends or on public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Please disinfect your hands when entering the breakfast room. You can help yourself at the buffet, but wear your mouth and nose protection.

If, due to a high hotel occupancy, we foresee that there might be a waiting time at breakfast, we will inform you of your personal breakfast time at the check-in. In this way we can offer all guests a relaxed and familiar breakfast. Alternatively, a room breakfast can be booked in advance!

Objects that are used by several people (salt and pepper shakers) must not be placed on the tables for reasons of hygiene. If necessary, please ask your service employee.

Please put on your mouth and nose protection every time you go to the breakfast room.

In addition to all of our measures, we are also dependent on the “cooperation” of our guests during implementation. We therefore ask you to accept the officially ordered infection control measures and to support us.

We would like to draw your attention to the following: If you have a certificate for “exemption from the mask requirement for health reasons” and because of this exception you do not want to wear a mouth and nose protection in the Hotel UHU, in the UHU guest house and in the breakfast room, we cannot accommodate you. Please understand that we will apply our house rules here.
